Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges must be unworn

  • Returns and Exchanges are accepted within 14 days

  • Refunds are provided in the form of store credit only 
    (no cash/credit card refunds).

  • The customer provides all shipping fees

  • 15% restocking fee

  • No final sale item

  • Refunds or exchanges will NOT be processed for items that have been worn, damaged or returned is not at their original status or without their original packaging and attached.

  • Please be aware that we cannot accept returns and/or exchanges for items that exhibit the following conditions:

    -Clearly worn soles
    -Visible damage, folding or stretching of the inner leather
    -Dirty or soiled shoes

Exchanges

  • If you require a size exchange for your unworn shoes, kindly reach out to us to verify size availability.

  • Ensure that the shoes you return are in their original packaging and have not been worn. Once we have received your unworn shoes in-store, we will promptly dispatch the new size to you.



Please Take Notes:

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for processing your return. If the products are discounted through promotions or coupon codes, the refund amount will be calculated based on the net amount.

  • Please note that delivery charges paid in the original order are non-refundable.

  • We retain the right to reject any returned item that does not meet the specified conditions.
  • Customers are responsible for the item until it reaches us, so kindly retain all proof of mailing until you receive an acknowledgement


International QC Inspection Standards

  • It is imperative to emphasize that within the framework of the International QC Inspection standard, there are specific attributes and characteristics that do not fall under the classification of defects. These include:

    -Thread Ends
    -Micro spots for marking
    -Unopened buttonholes
    -Stains within 1 cm
    -Minor measurement deviations (within 1-3 cm)
    -Defects resulting from intentional stretching or damage.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14-days cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
