We recommend referring to our size chart and size guide for every shoe before purchasing to ensure the best fit.

PLEASE NOTE
-This table serves as a reference only and may not be universally suitable for everyone.
-Every person has a different foot type, We suggest prioritizing foot length, especially if your foot width is not exceptionally wide.
HALF SIZE
-Our current size chart doesn't provide half-size recommendations. We advise selecting the shoe size that closely aligns with the measurement of your feet.
DIFFERENT SIZE FOR BOTH LEGS?
-If your feet have different lengths on both sides, we recommend choosing a shoe size based on the longer or larger foot. It's important to note that foot length doesn't directly correspond to shoe length.
CUTTING CONFORT
-Shoe comfort relies on various factors, including size, design/cut, and heel height. Shoes of the same size but different designs may not offer the same level of comfort.
WHY WIDTH CM IN SIZE CHART IS SMALLER?
-The width in the size chart represents the initial width of the shoe after it has been shaped. Generally, shoes have a flexibility of about 0.5 to 1 cm in width. Therefore, if your feet are not particularly wide, you can use your foot length as the primary reference.
If the size i bought is not very suitable, can I make an exchange?
Yes, you can ! but you will need to cover all the shipping costs. We will only process the exchange once we receive your shoes in factory condition. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days and must be unworn. Kindly check this Exchange Policy & Process
Exchanges will NOT be processed for items that have been worn, damaged or returned and are not at their original status or without their original packaging and attached.
Please be aware that we cannot accept exchanges for items that exhibit the following conditions:
-Clearly worn soles
-Visible damage, folding or stretching of the inner and surface material
-Dirty or soiled shoes
Do you have size larger than EU 41 / US 10 / 22.5CM

Do I need to buy one size larger for heels?
No , you don’t need to buy heels in a larger size. Wearing oversized heels can cause your feet to slide forward, leading to discomfort and scratching along the straps or edges. Moreover, the loose fit may cause instability, making it harder to walk gracefully and increasing the risk of wobbling or tripping. For the best experience, always choose the correct size for a secure and comfortable fit.
I feel the front of the shoe feels tight, so I’d like to ask would it be possible to stretch it out?
NO.
Once the shoe is fully formed, it will be unable to adjust its width, height, or size. Forcefully stretching it could damage the shoe's structure, reducing its durability and lifespan.
Therefore, we are unable to provide a stretching service. We recommend adding some padding, such as socks, to improve the fit.

I don't like the heel type of the shoe ,it's too high for me , Can I change it to other type?
NO.

However, you can opt for our bespoke service, where you have the freedom to select your preferred style, heel height, color, and material. If you able to visit our store for a fitting, we can craft a pair of shoes that perfectly conforms to your foot shape for maximum comfort.
What can I do if I feel like the inner of the shoes is scratching or discomfort my feet?
The shoe could feel rough due to the new material condition. Try apply a thin layer of lotion, petroleum jelly (like Vaseline), or even a candle wax on the area that causes discomfort. This creates a smooth barrier to reduce friction. It will get better with time
How to keep shoe longer?
1 . Avoid Excessive Moisture
Keep your heels away from rain or damp environments. If they get wet, gently pat them dry with a soft cloth and air-dry them in a cool, shaded place. Avoid direct sunlight or heat sources like hairdryers.
2 . Clean Regularly
Wipe your heels with a damp, soft cloth after each wear to remove dirt and dust. Use a mild soap solution for stubborn stains but avoid soaking the material.
3 . Store Properly
Store your heels in a cool, dry place. Use shoe bags or boxes to protect them from dust and humidity. Consider placing silica gel packets in the storage area to absorb excess moisture.
4 . Rotate Usage
Avoid wearing the same pair of heels every day. Rotating your shoes allows them to air out and prevents premature wear and tear.
5 . Avoid Overloading the Material
PU material can crack or stretch if subjected to heavy pressure. Avoid overstuffing your shoes or stepping on uneven surfaces.
6 . Use Protective Products
Apply a PU-safe protective spray to create a barrier against water and stains. Always test the spray on a small, inconspicuous area first.
7 . Inspect and Maintain
Regularly check your heels for signs of wear, such as loose straps or damaged soles, and address any issues promptly with a cobbler.
How do I clean my shoe, can I wash or soak it?
No, Washing heels can weaken the glue, compromise their structure, and damage materials like PU, satin, or leather. To preserve your heels, avoid soaking them and choose spot cleaning or professional care instead. or Try below solution :
1 . Prepare Cleaning Tools
- A clean soft cloth or sponge
- Warm water
- Mild soap or neutral detergent
- Cotton swabs (for detailed areas)
- A dry cloth
2 . Remove Surface Dust
- Use a clean soft cloth to gently wipe off any dust or light dirt from the shoe surface. Avoid using hard brushes to prevent scratches on the PU material.
3 . Clean Stubborn Stains
- Dampen the soft cloth with warm water and wring it out (avoid soaking).
- Apply a small amount of mild soap or detergent to the cloth and gently rub the stained areas.
- For hard-to-reach edges or seams, use a cotton swab dipped in soapy water to clean gently.
4 . Wipe Off Soap Residue
- Use another soft cloth dampened with clean water (not dripping wet) to wipe away any remaining soap from the shoes.
5 . Dry the Shoes
- Use a dry cloth to gently blot the shoe surface and absorb excess moisture. Avoid soaking the shoes or scrubbing too hard, as this can damage the PU material.
6 . Air Dry Naturally
- Place the shoes in a well-ventilated, shaded area to air dry. Avoid direct sunlight or high heat (e.g., hair dryers), as this can cause the PU material to harden or crack.
