All the shipping costs will be borne by customer.

We will only process the exchange once we receive your shoes in factory condition. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days and must be unworn.

Exchanges will Not be processed for items that have been worn, damaged or returned and are not at their original status or without their original packaging and attached.

Please be aware that we cannot accept exchanges for items that exhibit the following conditions:

-Clearly worn soles

-Visible damage, folding or stretching of the inner and surface material

-Dirty or soiled shoes
